A significant part of our mission is to serve individuals and families to plan in advance for the protection and administration of their assets and health in the event of advanced age, illness, accident or death. We are also available to represent clients for Estate and Trust Administration after death.

Effective legal representation in the Estate and Elder Law area requires a sensibility of family dynamics and relationships to properly represent individuals, executors and trustees. Our goal in creating an estate plan or in representing an executor or trustee is to manage the affairs of our clients to achieve a final result without need for contested court-supervised litigation. Sometimes this occurs in an environment of conflict in expectations and goals among heirs and family members. In the event litigation is required, we are ready to proceed. However, our experience tells us that in a vast majority of our cases, we are able to fairly conclude administration of an estate or trust without need for resort to contested litigation.

The areas we serve in include:

  • Last Will and Testament
  • Living Trust | Revocable Trust
  • Power of Attorney| Health Care | Property
  • Living Will
  • Estate Tax Planning
  • Gifting | Gift Tax Planning
  • Elder Law
